The user was asking about Windows 10 Home "device encryption", which is supposed to be included in the Home edition.
There are no instructions on how to enable it, or to check if it is enabled. It is obvious on the forums that many people are affected and confused by this problem. Bitlocker is available in Win 10 Home. Plenty of users have Bitlocked drives. In reply to Dudeman's post on September 18, Where did you find the instructions to use BitLocker on Home version.
